| Because of many factors such as the environment as well as its internalstructure,resulting in difficult to use a precise mathematical model to describe electricpressure cooker, and the temperature of the cooking food cannot measure accurately, andthe poor anti-interference ability shortcomings, this paper design a kind of electricpressure cooker control system after analyzing the structure of electric pressurecooker,and soft measurement can be well able to solve the problem of the foodtemperature cannot be accurately measured.This thesis first analyzes the structure of the electric pressure and its function andprinciple, then according to the needs, to select the suitable microcontroller, and use themicrocontroller to design the hardware control circuit including the temperature detectioncircuit, temperature measurement circuit, key circuit, show circuit, the network voltagemeasure circuit, memory circuits and so on, it can be solve the network voltage fluctuation,the bad safety and the anti-interference ability shortcomings etc, and then briefly draw thesoftware flow chart.This thesis mainly described the principle of the soft measurement and its basic theory,this paper introduces some basic knowledge of the soft measurement includes the mainsteps of modelingã€the modeling methods and so on, and then briefly introduces two kindsof neural network,namely the BP neural network and RBF neural network, and the last inthe concrete analysis of the electric pressure cooker structure, establishing the softmeasurement mathematical model of the electric pressure cooker, and a good selection themain variables and auxiliary variables, the last major with BP neural network and RBFneural network to the simulation,the results are satisfied,show that the establishment ofthe basic right soft sensor model, and find that the network simulation by RBF workbetter. |
