This subject comes from a plastic mould enterprise in jiangyin, automobileenterprise customers provide the plastic parts only lights sample, let the auto lampmould design to production. Auto-lamp is more important components in the car, andit directly influence the safety car driving at night, and the lights of the precision of thefree surface directly affect the lamp lighting conditions, to design production mold,you need to light their own curved surface reconstruction of the high precision.Based on the plastic parts triangulating scanning lights, using reverse softwareimageware reconstruction free surface including, then imported into the software UGto construct the part, this will give the light of real freeform of the three-dimensionalentity-model. Then through the optical simulation software for fogging ASAP modeloptical simulation, in accordance with the rules of ECE standards of performanceevaluation of lights. And combined with orthogonal experiment, the light intensity ofillumination model analysis, so as to determine the optimal lights forming technique ofconditions and working conditions.This paper studies show that the reverse software imageware and positivesoftware UG effective combination, effective for fogging free surface reconstruction,can greatly improve the design efficiency, improve the accuracy and ready to rate,while reducing the number of testing molds, so as to reduce the production cost, thisresearch has good practical value.
