In view of rapid developing of laser technique, the laser induced plasma is an importantsubject in research of laser-matter interaction, based on this technique, some importantexperimental techniques are established and developed, but the Laser-Induced Plasma isnon-steady plasma, it depends on some factors in the process of laser-matter interaction, suchas the matter absorbed laser, produce of plasma, laser parameter, target, the pressure of buffergas and so on, and we can use the plasma spectrum which recorded by spectrometer toachieve the purpose of diagnosis plasma and qualitative or quantitative analysis of elements. So the research on the spectrum and characteristic of Laser-Induced Plasma, it is one of theuseful experiment ways to study laser plasma. In this paper, the plasma generated by focusinga powerful laser beam on material surface, and the analysis of plasma is based onspectroscopy. The thesis composed six chapters. In chapter one, the research signification, characteristics and development of laser-induced plasma spectroscopy are introduced. Inchapter two, the basic principle of emission spectra method to diagnose the laser plasma ispresented, it includes the process of analysis and produce, information of plasma. In chapterthree, the time evolution of laser induced Ti plasma spectra is researched, the line profile andbroadening are analyzed, the electron temperature and density are calculated respectively. Inchapter four, the L-shell X-ray emission form intense femtosecond Laser-Au interactions, andanalysis the emission spectrum and discuss the hot electron. In chapter five, the beam-foilmeasurements of the spectrum for Ar II in the range of320-520nm, and a total of56lineshave been measured which16lines are new, it provides experiment data for laser plasmaspectroscopy. In the last chapter, the summary of this work and the expectation for the futurework are presented.
