In recent years, plasma, LCD, rear projection display devices such as rapiddevelopment, in order to ensure its increasingly broad application prospect, mustfurther enhance the display effect, especially the brightness and uniformity, thedesign and manufacture of light guide plate for a backlight module industry has agreat influence. Therefore, how to design a uniform light guide plate is the researchhotspot in recent years, and the light emitting keyboard backlight module is receivedextensive attention, with a broad theoretical significance and practical value.The light guide plate is designed in backlight module industry is currentlyfacing a major problem. In this paper, using the TracePro optical software designfunction, realize the backlight system3D modeling; Monte Carlo ray tracingfunction, to complete the entire optical path simulation analysis, obtained thecorresponding brightness and uniformity of the various output results, is convenientfor debugging and optimizing.A light coupling efficiency, this article separately for different plate thickness ofoptical simulation, find the best thickness, based on the light guide plate and LEDparticles of different spacing simulation; and the use of MathCAD software for dataprocessing, analysis, summed up the practical application of the law to guide.Aiming at the inlet end V-cut groove structure, this paper adopts the theory ofdiffraction grating, calculate the intensity and the diffraction efficiency, for differentgroove angle value and the groove depth value simulation, finally got the best ofgroove angle value and the groove depth value; and different sizes of the light guideplate of optical dispersion simulation.In view of network structure, through regional subdivision of LGP networkregional subdivision, in each region adjustment of dot density and size; for theregional subdivision method brings the region boundary phenomenon, this paperadopts the normal random distribution method to weaken the boundary phenomenon,make dot homogeneous transition, this layout method, improved light guide platearea boundary transition zone obvious phenomenon; and the use of CAD software with programming module Autolisp on site boundary teenage boy randomdistributions of editing.On the basis of previous work, the preliminary design of the light emittingkeyboard backlight module, discussed in the actual production process in someprocess and test method for luminous keyboard, the backlight module presents agood solution.
