LiPb experimental loop is an important test platform of fusion research. HefeiSubstances Research Institute has established a LiPb experimental loop withindependent property rights and the different functional parameters of the Dragonseries, and carried out related experimental research work, which laid a solidfoundation for related work. As simulation technology has advantages of economy,safety, reliability and reusability, it can effectively improve the experimentalefficiency and display the experimental situation intuitively and visually. Thisdissertation mainly describes the design and core technology of the lithium leadtest simulation system:(1) Simulation system design: Given characteristics and requirements of thelithium lead test circuit, we complete the overall framework design of LiPbexperimental loop simulation system, including the connecting module of systemand the physical device, the efficient displaying subsystem of model and data, theloop numerical simulation subsystem, database system and visual analysis system,these five parts are interconnected by specific interfaces.(2) Uniform data representation and management: There are a lot of data inthe lithium lead test circuit. The process of data representation and management istime-consuming and cumbersome, therefore we apply a uniform model to representand manage data. In this dissertation, by researching the methods of datarepresentation and management, we propose applying the XML instance documentto uniformly represent and manage data. To adopt a unified model representationand different management styles for different types of data, we can greatly simplifythe data management workload and improve the utilization of data.(3) Loop device and visualization of the physical field: We apply efficientsimulation techniques to demonstrate the geometric model of the circuit devices,and realize the visualization of physical field in devices, assist researchers to graspand understand experiments. As Ogre rendering engine does not implement thevolume rendering method, in this dissertation we implement the Ogre-based volumerendering technology, and solve the hybrid visualization of the loop devices and thephysical field, and propose binding the data field and the geometric model, andmodifying the geometric model of texture mapping by the programmable shadinglanguage to implement the method of the hybrid visualization of the geometricmodel and the data field.
