Research And Realization For The Technology Of Embedded Communication Module On LXI Instrument

With the development and the progress of society, the unceasing update of computertechnology, the constantly improvement of environmental complexity which is measured, thecontinuous improvement of users’ requirement to the measurement instrument technology,making the measurement instrument reduce dependence on the environment, enhancing theability to adapt to the wicked environment, realizing high performance and high throughputcapacity, so, ethernet bus which acts as instruments of data transmission LXI instruments willbecome the new research and developmental direction in measuring instrument field.Through the analysis of LXI instrumental standard, the design can realize the functionalrequirements of the basic LXI instrumental index of architecture, including the structure of thehardware and the software. LXI instrument can realize human-machine interaction form andrealize protocol of application layer on the basis of the specific function of building in theoperating system.Through the hardware platform established in the boot and Linux kernel, the root filesystem creates an operating system environment after designing the structure of LXIinstrument. Through establishing the TCP/IP protocol stack, BOA server, HTTP protocol, theserver environment of LXI instrument can be established on the basis of the Linux operatingsystem.It is necessary to set up a man-machine interaction communication mode after establishingthe basic LXI instrument server environment, which means to establish the B/S structure of LXIinstruments. The interaction process of browser and server is implementated by designing thewebpage and using the CGI technology. Historical information is preserved by designing thecookie. The function of setting IP automatically and manually is established by the TCP/IPprotocol. The function of controlling LED lights is realized by establishing the simulation ofthe server form. The control of the AD is realized by the way of controlling files in Linux.If human-machine interaction is realized by using the B/S structure, the data real-timedisplay cannot be solved. The structural way of B/S and C/S that made up for each other isrealized by adopting the technology of JavaApplet based on the B/S structure of realizinghuman-machine interaction function. Finally, this paper testd the LXI instrument on the TCP communication, man-machineinteraction, controlling function, and analysed the actual test results. It is already known that thebasic function of LXI instrument is realized by the test results.
