In this paper we detected the LIF signals in synergistic effects of NOx plasma and catalysts. N2/O2/C2H4gas was added to the NOx plasma.It explored the reactivity of molecules in the plasma and catalyst and provided theoretical basis for the removal of environmental pollutants with plasma and catalyst.The NO LIF curve showed that there was an optimum discharge power could make the highest decomposition rate of NO. In NO/N2plasma,Co(ZSM-5)catalyst adsorbed NO.NO decomposition was inhibited by increasing the content of O2,and in the catalyst increasing O2concentration can promote the synthesis of NO in NO/N2/O2plasma.The NO2LIF signal was observed and increased the discharge power could produce more NO2in N2/O2plasma.The rotational temperature of electrons was decreased by increasing the concentration of O2in conditions of low discharge power.C2H4could promote for NO decomposition,and the reduction of C2H4was reduced by Co(ZSM-5) catalyst.
