Software productivity is hard to satisfy the software demand. Revolution insoftware industry is necessary, better technology and support environment is needed toincrease the manufacturing capacity, which can meet the demand of the socialdevelopment.On the other hand, from the perspective of software, a method with more stableperformance and less technical dependency is needed to describe the continuousdeveloping business logical structure. Enterprise business logic will develop with thedevelopment of the enterprise, and it should not be constrained with the change oftechnology. It is particularly urgent to build a platform with rich expression andfunctional properties.This paper aims to design a software component-based platform based on Web,which helps users build a complete technology architecture basedon J2EE development. It also provide a platform for user in in the planning, design,build, integration, deployment, operation, maintenance and management of WEBapplication. The applications built with all source code and supportthe existing J2EE server, which facilitating users in further debugging extensions tomeet our customers’ requirements on business, management, and change.Software based on this platform has the advantages of component-oriented andvisualization. It can make software with poor visibility and manageability becomecomponent assembling drawing with high visibility. The software can alsomake the software knowledge sustainable accumulation and manageable, andsignificantly improve the quality of software. It’s fully transparent to Middlewareplatforms and different vendors and operating system platform, and making it easier tobe protected.
