This article provides the information of the design of the MCS-51single slicer’s drying system. In the semiconductor’s technology, toseparate the done chip from the main board needs a step named slicing.The slicing technique is using corundum emery cutter to cut the siliconpellet, in which procedure, it will make plenty of silicon and metalslag which may stain the chip,sothat when slicing it is necessary to cleanthe slag with the method to clean the silicon pellet. The traditionalcleaning is to use the high-pressure water jet, or to use the velveteendipped in water, and then dry with the nitrogen. However these methodsare easy to mark the pellet’s preface or make second pollution and whichmake poor effect.So that we need a specialized equipment to clean these pellets, whichcan clean roundly and don’t make the second pollution. In foreigncountries,devanced companies use the cleaning machines controlled byPLC,which have powerful fuction but high cost, so they don’t apply topopularize to use.Combining the aboving experience, using two MSC-518051slicer instead of PLC can clean the pellets but also cut down the cost.This kind of cleaner, firstly make use of blowouting nitrogen andhigh-pressure water to clean the pellets, and then stop blowouting,usingthe high-spinning and blowouted nitrogen to dry the pellet, in which thepellets can be clean and even dry.In the process of cleaning, the main fuctions include buttoncontrol,LCD display, Vacuum suction plate, Low speed rotary flushing,High speed spinning, Stepping motor oscillation, Drainage and Controlledby the cylinder switch door. The signal output by the single slicer after amplified by the three tube will control12V relay with the driving chip,and then control the electromagnetically operated valve and DC motordriver, sothat control all fuctions.In the sometime, the single sliceroutput of a certain frequency pulse signal and the high and low levelsignals to Motor driver to control the swing speed and direction of themotor. The single slicer scans keyboard state, according to which makecertain action. Every detecting sensor amplifies the detected signals,after that transfer the signals to the slicer to do operation processing.It will show the parallel output signal to LCD to show all state of thepresent system.
