So far from the development of Internet technology, Web technology is changing,many scholars and researchers in the QoS ontology modeling have made unremitting efforts,while in the field of Web services composition has done a thorough and meticulous research,but the traditional QoS ontology concern is made the semantics reflected in QoSinformation, the traditional area of concern is the calculated values of QoS, from here youcan find, QoS ontology does not apply to the service portfolio, so this made a problem forthe subsequent study, how to apply it to the service portfolio, and when the servicecomposition process applied to the service portfolio, how to use the QoS information of thesemantic elements, including the analysis of research background mentioned how toimplement personalized service requests and how to compare heterogeneous QoSinformation issues are what we also need to continue to think and solve problems.By studying the QoS ontology-based semantic Web service composition, analysisingthe research status of QoS ontology model, summary QoS information’s characteristics insemantics and values, to design a layered OWL-QOS ontology model. The ontology modelhas the following characteristics: the first is to extend the OWL-S, which has a large numberof QoS semantics and numerical information, followed by the model supportsheterogeneous QoS information expression, Furthermore, the expansion of the model is verystrong. The main research of this topics are as follows:(1)Comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the existing QoS model, this topicdesigns a QoS ontology model that OWL-QoS ontology is used to solve the servicerequester and service provider’s heterogeneity in QoS parameters describe.(2)This topic presents a QoS ontology-based semantic Web service compositionmechanism. The selection mechanism first use OWL-QoS ontology for QoS semantic match;then, according to the constrained optimization ideas designed QoS values match; Finally,constructing effective services combination matrix, by standardized andweighted-sum-calculation, back the sorted results to the service requestor, meet the servicerequester to the individual needs of service quality.(3)In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of QoS ontology-based SemanticWeb service composition ideas which raised by this topic, there made some QoSontology-based semantic Web service composition simulation experiments and comparative analysis of the traditional service portfolio algorithm results.
