In recent years, along with the electric power electronic technology, computer technology, communication technology, and sensor technology development, the industrial automation technology which various kinds of advanced process control algorithm in the field of control played a decisive role. With the continuous development of computer technology, it has generated some large intelligent controllers, and it has evolved into DCS,FCS system, and it has gradually replaced the button, the contactor control which is traditional electrical control. Controller, digital quantity module, analog AI/AO module comprises from a backplane bus through the BUS bus connected together, with the computer configuration, HMI configuration communication to monitor system for temperature and pressure flow and process control.In this paper, through the system design of a complete set of process control system, using Siemens300large controller, and using PROFIBUS bus, PROFIBUS bus terminus for Siemens300controller, from the station for ET200M I/O expanding modules, via the bus are respectively connected to the public computer(WINCC configuration),HMI (OP77B) for data transmission monitoring. One such as temperature and pressure controlled object which have large time lag, the lag time greatly affect the system performance, the response time of the executing agency would be growed, In the high demand control occasion that it can greatly affect its safety performance. This paper putted forward a kind of the improved internal model control technology to optimize controlled object, and to solve the safety problems which caused by the lag time.In the process control system, the temperature control generally delays long time, belongs to the unstable objects with large inertia. If the traditional PID control is adopted, because the controlled object is unstable, with time delay, generally a predetermined effect can’t be achieved. This paper adopts Smith and IMC control loop combination, Smith compensation makes expunction big time lag, and string a gain Kc. By Royce criterion, changes accused object into a stable object, the outer loop uses internal model control technology, combines robustness and quickness, stability and adjusts the parameter to get the filter simulation results.
