Research On Dynamic Target Tracking Technology Based On Dsp

The core technology of dynamic target tracking system contains collection of target information, computing and real-time output. There are a large amount of data which belong to the target information, and it is also hard to gain effective real-time target information, in order to implement real-time dynamic tracking accurately, a rational and good-working algorithm is needed, and a rapidly data processing foot platform, which runs stably is also needed.For many target tracking platforms cannot compute digital image in time, the article designs a dynamic target tracking system which works in the background of sea and sky, based on DSP, the functions of system is to capture real-time PAL video data、to extract effective target information fast, and to output the effective information in time. And the system perfectly solves the problem form the process of dealing with digital image information.
