As required of nearby wavelength of350nm continuous low power ultraviolet laser, this paper investigates the continuous355nm all-solid-state laser which is achieve by LD end-pumped Nd:YVO4crystal, LBO(Ⅰ type) intracavity frequency doubling, LBO(Ⅱ type) intracavity sum-frequency mixing.In this paper, from the rate equation and optical field distribution function of four-level system, we analyzed the relationship among threshold power,output power and relative parameters; from the three-wave coupling equations, we discussed the influencing factors of frequency conversion efficiency; from the ABCD transfer matrix, we analyzed characteristics of resonator.We set up two experimental systems. When the pumping power was4.77W, straight cavity obtained power of17.07mW355nm CW laser, the conversion of808nm to355nm is0.35%, two-hour power stability is2.29%. Z-cavity obtained power of32.8mW355nm CW laser, the conversion of808nm to355nm is0.68%, two-hour power stability is1.24%. Relatively speaking, Z cavity structure improve output characteristics of light from all aspects. Related to domestic reports, the experiment results for the same conditions are better.
