| The present situation of the difficult measurement of aperture size and relative position of Brake master cylinder. To solve the problem, this paper desire an endoscope telecentric measuring instrument. The instrument is a light, mechanical, electrical and counted in one and have a High-precision, it completed the measurement of position. shape and wall surface defects of brake master cylinder.This paper firstly introduced the operating principle of endoscope telecentric measuring instrument, and then explain the precision mechanically-driven, and given the results. Use ZEMAX design a telecentric optical system to acquisition image, and explain the reversed image and illumination, and finally analyse the causes and sources of error, given the experimental datas.Experimental result show that:accuracy of aperture achieve0.03%FS, repeatability can achieve0.01mm,the resolution is0.005mm. |
