Compared with the microwave communication, space laser communication has a huge amount of information, the communication terminal has the advantages of small volume, good confidentiality etc.Satellite laser communication differs from other forms of communication, due to the earth dead zone, so how to quickly establish a laser communications links has became an important technology.The paper in-depth study of the space laser communication ATP Technology and provides the whole scheme of how to establish a laser communication link and the paper has the further discussion for the acquisition technology which is applied to terminal of relay satellite. For the offset error which produced by the relative movement in the scanning of uncertainty area for the Relay Satellite.in the space laser communication.We established satellite laser communication model which compensate the relative motion. This model will combine dynamics model and pointing model of space, and compensate the scanning model, so as to reduce the offset error of relative motion. Design a hardware control system which based on TMS320F2812DSP, the control system is powerful, fast operation speed, it can realize the complex control algorithm and provide hardware support for swivel table. Design a PID regulator for the swivel table’s speed and position control and simulation comparison between common PID and BP neural network.confirned the BP neural network PID’s superiority.
