Organic Thin Film Transistor (OTFT) is the building block device of organic integrated Circuit. A great many of researches have been carried out to bring organic electronics into practical application, most them focus on improving the mobility and ratio of on/off current and reducing the threshold voltage. After decades of year’s development, researches on organic semiconductor are not limited to the study of device, integrated circuits constructing is becoming to be the principal target of this filed. Aim at the practical application of Organic Thin Film Transistor, this thesis focus on the research of its mobility improving and circuits integrating, and have made the following achievements:1) Proposed a theory and fabrication to improve the mobility of OTFT with interface states. Improve the injection efficiency by increasing the bilayer source-drain_S-D_electrodes. The bilayer consists of a transition metal oxide ZrO2layer and a metal layer.2) Design and preparation of5-order oscillator by COMS technology, the inverter based on consisted of complementary OTFT made by CMOS technology get a gain of2.5.
