The moon simulator is mainly used for the trials of moon interference and identification, this paper introduces the characters of moon simulator, and makes an intensive study of the calculation method. It figures out the relationship between the infrared earth sensor received radiance intensity and blackbody temperature, using the basic theory of calculation of the blackbody radiation quantity. Moreover, it calculates the relative radiant existence function by using the numerical calculation of MATLAB, trapezoidal method and Simpson’s rule. After comparing the pros and cons, one of these two methods is chosen to calculate the infrared earth sensor received radiance intensity and blackbody temperature, and to paint graph of the function of infrared earth sensor received radiance under the different areas of aperture diaphragm. In addition, it organizes the general GUIDE interface, according to the designed calculation program.
