The wireless sensor networks are data-centric, and what users are interested in is the data generated in the sensor networks. Data storage, transmission and access query related to sensor networks have become an important element of current research on sensor networks. The design of efficient data fusion algorithm and energy efficient routing protocols have already been a significant research direction in sensor networks.Sensor network routing protocol determines the operation rules of query data packet storing, forwarding and receiving, and require sufficient research in this area in the sensor network query processing on the level of data transmission. This paper aims to improve the traditional flooding routing protocols, proposes and implements a new energy-efficient routing algorithm——BRE-Flooding(Based on the Remaining Energy Flooding). What is new in this new routing protocols is that it is the nodes that decide whether or not to receive and forward the packets according to the node residual energy, and that it is the nodes that maintain their respective neighbor routing information tables and obtain the parameter which indicates the degree of importance of query results packets, and that it is the nodes that decide to transmit packets to how many or which of its neighbor nodes. Simulation experiments illustrate that the proposed protocols display satisfactory performance in node energy efficiency and network load balance keeping.Data aggregation is the implementation of data processing with multiple packets mergering and integrating to extract information related to query request. For complex queries involving multiple sensor nodes, the use of data model can effectively represent the changes in the characteristics and trends of the node data. The concept of normal distribution of node data statistic is presented in this, and a statistic model is constructed which combines multiple sensor data features. Aggregate operations are therefore represented by the constructed model, and then the data of polymerization model is transferred by means of the above BRE-Flooding routing protocols.
