In recent years, with the rapid development of the network, people have received more andmore information through the network and the application of the network is more and morewidely, including all aspects of life and work, such as processing image data image,transmission data and saving data at work, life in all kinds of entertainment such as networkvideo chat, network video calling, ktv on-demand system,and so on, anyhow include all areasin every aspect.This paper carried on related research on network data tranmission, In the network datatransmission process, the actual channel is difficult to guarantee a reliable and stable datatransmission quality, network congestion and network error will result in loss of data, But fora large amount of original video information data, transfer efficiency is affected, in order to beable to video data transmission channel with limited bandwidth, the video data is datacompression is very necessary. In order to get a high compression ratio, current video datacompression coding technology that use a variety of methods. Goal is to reduce redundantdata, reduce redundant data can be compressed video data flow during the transfer processfaster and more efficient, by querying the read a lot of information in this article, decided toadopt the most advanced H.264video coding compression algorithm for compressed videodata, this method is safe, reliable and effective.On the other hand, the network bandwidth under the condition of limited transmissiondata, to improve the transmission efficiency, in addition to the data compression coding,improve the performance of the server is also very important, but from the rapiddevelopment of network technology, the increase of network bandwidth is much higher thanthe server response speed of growth, even if the server is configured to high performancecan not meet the the large volume of data transmission on server performance requirements,It is conceivable that more and more bottlenecks will appear in the server side. Now,with the rapid development of the Linux operating system and widely popular,more and more applications can run on Linux system the workbench.Based on the Linuxsystem, and if we can create a high availability, retractable, cost-effective, easymanagement of server cluster system, provide a unified external IP address, can satisfy therapid growth of the network application on the server requirements, therefore, I construct aLinux platform based on the virtual server cluster of load balance in this design, namelyLVS, multiple computer joins the cluster system, the establishment of a server pool, clustersystem with multiple computer performance, provide a virtual IP address, so that in theoutside world the client is associated with a IP address for communication,it is actuallymore than one computer, when a task is passed, computer can use various schedulingalgorithm in a cluster system, according to each server performance tasks are allocated to adifferent server, improve channel utilization, maximize the efficiency of data transmission.In addition to cluster system into web forms, can be conveniently used by users, thispaper is mainly to complete the two big functions: to transmit video data compressioncoding, establishment of a server cluster system, meet in the limited conditions, client datatransmission on server performance requirements, fully reflect the cluster system datatransmission under the superiority and simplicity, and ensure that the cluster system serverpool effective monitoring, improve the reliability of data transmission.
