The background and base:The use of mobile phone signals to the earthquakeand burying the life detection for search and rescue is an important direction ofdevelopment in the field of life-detection technology. However, if the paralysis of theurban mobile communication network, or buried beneath the formation of a naturalfield of the electromagnetic wave shielding, or buried beneath the loss of the capacity,then the phone can only be in the standby state of a radio silence, unable to take theinitiative to communicate with the outside world contact us. Then search for the phonein the state most likely to find the phone near were buried beneath.Therefore, thedevelopment of a mobile phone detection system to the device, regardless of whetherthe communication network has been destroyed, can use the phone signal for lifedetection and location for earthquake emergency rescue relief organizations at all levelsthe timely and effective master the pressureburied distribution and the specific locationcan provide a reliable and efficient with the help of positive significance to improve thesurvival rate of the disaster72hours buried beneath staff.The main contents of study:This article though aspects of research necessity athome and abroad to study the dynamics of analysis and study ideas to achievemethods for life-detection technology on the cell phone signal.at first,introducephone-based network positioning technology communication protocols, as well as map-matching techniques, and list the advantages and disadvantages of eachtechnology, then analysis and optimization CEIL-ID,TDOA, map matchingtechnology, finally,according to the special environment of the post-earthquakerelief and complexlife detection program based on the mobile handset relay phonesignals, list GSM/CDMA network protocol analysis, and the various components ofthe program to make a detailed presentation and analysis.Research achievements and value:In this paper, the design of the detectionprogram is not only theoretically overcome the blind spots of mobile phone signals inthe GSM/CDMA network the network because of the paralysis of the base stationfacilities, and through the analysis of network protocols in the base stations of GSM/CDMA cell hand over parameter optimization,TDOA location error ellipse, andproposed a fuzzy recognition-based map-matching techniques, the mobile locationtechnology and map matching, to improve the positioning accuracy, and also increasedthe efficiency and reliability of the rescue.Though the life detection on the cell phonesignal detection technology, will facilitate the study of mobile location technology, alsocontributed to the development of our country for the detection of life in this new field,which save the lives of disaster, protect the people’s lifethe safety of the property hasgreat practical significance.
