Understanding of the human brain is a complex process, in the process, a step and part of a problem, will lead to changes in cognitive function. Because of a late start in China in the field, does not have a cognitive remediation systems, inconvenience to the cognitive impairment in the patient’s treatment.Based on the principle of neural plasticity, manuals, cognitive correction treatment techniques, patients with problem-solving and information processing capabilities to improve thinking skills through reinforcement learning training methods, and the basis and core of the theory to software engineering as a guide, the design and development of computerized cognitive orthodontic treatment (CCRT, computerized cognitive Remediation therapy).First described the basis of the theory and key technologies of the system development, including the correction related to cognitive theory, computer-aided medical technology, software engineering and component development, these theories and techniques is the premise of the system design and development. Then according to the demand for software engineering theory, and discussed the system’s functional requirements and performance requirements, given the use case diagram of the system. Discussed the objectives and principles of system design, the use of five view of the overall architecture of the system analysis and design, given the view of the logical framework, the development of the architectural view, run the architectural view of the deployment architecture view, the data structure view. Concrete realization of the main function modules of the system, first discussed the development environment of the system, and then details the server-side business logic functions, backstage management function, the front main control functions are realized processes using Visual Basic language, integrated development environment the front of the function of the training module. Finally, the system functional testing and performance testing, and system test results were analyzed and discussed.The clinical effect of the system, it can effectively treat a variety of causes of cognitive disorders, including cognitive impairment caused by mental illness, cognitive impairment caused by cerebral organic operation, MCI, cognitive impairment. For our country to carry out clinical cognitive orthodontic treatment has important theoretical value and practical significance.
