| Chinese higher education to the college students’management work mainly includes the school management, performance management and evaluation of students’comprehensive quality and so on, in which the comprehensive quality evaluation of students is a very important and complicated work. In the domestic institutions of higher learning regular college students’comprehensive quality assessment is not only conducive to the cultivation of students’spirit of innovation and improve the students’practical ability, can fully reflect the college students’ education of comprehensive effect. In addition the comprehensive quality evaluation of students is the College Student Awards, appraising the important reference. To do this job, the students’learning attitude and all-round development will play a guiding role.This paper aims to design and realize a comprehensive quality evaluation of students management system used in higher schools.
