Value-added service promoted China’s mobile sustainable income growth, increasing the customer viscosity and promoting the capital market value, improving China mobile enterprise influence and making mobile information experts, and made outstanding contributions. However, if you want to realize value-added business, you have to solve the problems in operation management.Facing the problems and challenges, China mobile need to construct a unified business development urgently and to have the platform of the unified management and operation management.In order to improve the diversity of the resource integration ability and optimize the of value-added service mechanism and the management pattern, the value-added services promote the sustainable development in a healthy and orderly way, deve. It has the important practical significance in improving China mobile3G era of comprehensive competitiveness.This paper is from the real need of Henan mobile company and puts forward the design scheme and implementation of the construction of the value-added business and integrated operation platform. This thesis is mainly on the following several aspects:1. On the basis of China mobile value-added services integrated operation platform status and relevant analysis and research of value-added services of integrated operation platform construction criterion, this paper summarizes the current system and the problems existing in the operation of the project, also the construction principle and the goals.2. The integrated operation platform of value-added services has9sub-systems (management portal subsystem, ability tube control subsystem, business operation management subsystem, data acquisition subsystem, data matching subsystem, unified ordering subsystem, business communication gateway subsystem, business generation subsystem and business executive subsystem) and11kinds of business functions (ability to control and manage, scheduling, service management, data management, customer information analysis, monitoring, business audit, business, marketing support, optimizing management, management of the implementation scheme gateway) to design.3. According to the implementation scheme of software, after a detailed estimation, we can determine the hardware configuration, network organization and software function deployment, and put forward a detailed plan of equipment installation and lacerates and combination scheme, organization structure.4. A brief description on the problems of the project implementation and solutions, systems and application effect of online and suggestions of the future system improvement.
