Since its birth, hackers are known as their controversial negative image. The related researches are more limited to destruction influence caused by hackers and hacker culture, focused on how to limit the destruction of the hacker culture. However, hackers are a group that is holding advanced technology. Hacker culture has a positive side of culture. The studies about positive side of hacker culture are very lack. This article chooses the innovation behavior of hacker culture as the research object, studies the meaning, expression, and performance of innovation behavior of hacker culture, the formation of innovation behavior of hacker culture, the evaluation and suggestion of innovation behavior of hacker culture, the three basic problems about innovation behavior of hackers culture.
