Multidimensional analysis is the key techniques for processing data in data warehouse and On-Line Analysis Processing. Traditional multi-dimensional analysis is based on determined dimension value(s). However, in the actual analysis, due to the complexity and uncertainty of the environment, the analyst often has a demand for analysis under uncertain dimension value(s). In order to satisfy decision-makers to analysis measures from the perspective of fuzzy dimension values, multidimensional data analysis based on fuzzy data was presented in this paper.The main innovations of this thesis include:Firstly, based on the discussion of the concept of multi-dimensional analysis, according to the membership function provided by experts, blurring the values of the dimension table is implemented, the fact table conversion is completed, and a multidimensional analysis method is proposed on the fuzzy data. The paper puts forward a multi-dimensional analysis method based on fuzzy data. Secondly, the data cube which is suitable for fuzzy data is defined, the multidimensional data model is designed on fuzzy data and multidimensional analysis is implemented. On the foundation of studying of MDX language, the thesis deeply studies multidimensional analysis so as to achieve advanced analysis. Thirdly, the multidimensional analysis software for production scheduling Data Warehouse in Chuanqing Transport Corporation is developed with Visual Studio2005and SQL Server2005database system, with the result of realizing the target of multidimensional analyzing of based on fuzzy data.Multidimensional data analysis based on fuzzy data expands the scope of application of decision support system based on data warehouse. Furthermore, the paper also finds that multidimensional fuzzy analysis method based on data warehouse can effectively improve the flexibility and adaptability of multi-dimensional analysis.
