With the fast development of the computer technology and the increasing popularity of the Internet, researching and sharing information through the Internet as digital media resource has become one of the mainstream way of exchanging information. People can not only use digital resource easily and fast, but also get the copy just the same as the primary resource, which may cause serious threat to right of digital works. Digital Right Management (DRM) is proposed to solve the problems that traditional cryptology technology failed to resolve.A DRM system based on B/S model is raised. Synthesized current typical watermarking arithmetic of digital image, audio and video, the system conquered the disadvantages on practical flexibility of the C/S model and achieved the right protection to different media with diversity form. The main contributions are as follows. Traditional cryptology technology and digital watermarking technology and their functions on DRM is studied and analyzed, and the two technologies are effectively combined to strengthen the security in transforming the information and integrity identification of the works. Typical digital watermarking algorithms are studied and all aspects of requirements are integrated in this paper. The overall process of the copyright protection is completely designed. According to the requirements proposed in this paper, based on the three-tier structure, the various functional modules of the copyright protection system are carefully analyzed and designed to implement security, fairness and reliability of the system.Synthesized theoretic research and design above, the system is achieved with Microsoft Visual Studio2005and MATLAB2009a and some other tools. The security and fairness are analyzed according to the results. This system is designed to provide safe and effective copyright protection and authentication with great practicality.
