The electronic information is a trend which cannot be halted in21st Century, the computer has filtered into every field of our lives. The profundity change had come by its widespread using for economy and society. Life and working style had changed by the information technology, and so the education and learning style.All kinds of information about students increase doubly because of the scale of college and the number of student are enlarged. The diversity categories and professionals make the managing work so complicated. When you face to a huge amount of information, the labor management can not be finished. In this case, it is necessary to manage these by using Database, and at the same time, it can develop the advantages of computer. So we need a’student management system’to improve the efficiency work.By using this kind of system, we can manage our information standard, Statistics scientifically and query quickly. It can reduce our workload and mistakes of artificial.Here in this paper, the Student-Work Management System is researched, in the light of software engineering, the method of object oriented and three-tier structure, and with Microsoft Visual Studio.NET2005development platform, dynamic web page technology ASP. NET2.0, AJAX technology, and SQL-Server-2005database used.Firstly, it describes the background of the project of Sichuan Judicial and Police Officers Professional College Student-Work Management System. The special manage-system, manage-mechanism, manage-flow and security requirement of the Sichuan Judicial and Police Officers Professional College are analyzed in the paper. Secondly it describes the development of the system by using the development Environmental Science, WEB programming technology, Asynchronous JavaScript and XML technology, and.NET framework and DB programming technology. Thirdly the actual situation of the management system, the specific work and the logically technological system are also analyzed. The results of this system design for the study, determined the Student-Work Management System of function composition:the student information management, the award management, the breaking-the-rules and punish management, the dorm management, the leave management, the conduct management, examine sign up management, the imbrues management, the student educate management, the teacher on watch management, the student on watch management, the student partisan management, the system management. Fourthly it determined the method of the pope Dom coalescent with interface to build the system interface, and integrate the base data, the role define, the pope Dom define to design the arithmetic of system-menu; answers to the design and code were studied, combining the examination of knowledge and the weight relationship, designed to organize test paper strategy and algorithm; and researched the message system of mask-awake and researched the designing and programming-implement of work flow.
