Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is now playing an important role inmodern company. It is an important bridge between company and customer, and a greatof many large-scale CRM software vendors provide a quite mature and consummateCRM solution. However, the implementation of CRM in the domestic small andmedium-sized enterprises is still in its initial stage, only suitable CRM software isrequired for these SMEs. This project of CRM software is based on Eclipse plug-intechnology, and it includes basic customer management, product management andsubscription management. And the use of data mining technology,customer marketingreport, in the data warehouse platform, according to careful and reliable data associationanalysis to achieve customer purchasing forecasts, finally to shorten the sales cycle andexpand new markets and new channels.And this project can improve the businessmanagement,upgrade the value of customers, improve customer satisfaction.As Eclipse’s important mechanism for expansion, Eclipse plug-in technology, withits attractive interface and perfect architecture is now attract many developer developEclipse plug-in or Eclipse RCP. This project is just building on Eclipse RCP technology.This article first introduced the project background, an overview of the currentstatus of CRM software at home and abroad. Then listed the technology items used inthis project, including Eclipse plug-in technology, Hibernate, Java Mail and datamining-related knowledge. Then talk about the project demand and use case, and thenanalysis the architecture of this project in a high level, and then lists the key point foranalysis and design, finally, article list the difficult point in the project implementation.In last chapter, the article review all above and describes the future of this project.
