They are already or on theway transforming themselves into a group or joint-stock enterprise management mode.With this transforming, the automation of production has developed well. At present,traditional garment industry is facing a severe challenge and also a good developingopportunity. It is a very important way that they fulfill their great-leap-forwarddevelopment by introducing modern information tech and modern management. Theinformationization of Chinese apparel industry relating to all sections such as marketpositioning, style designing, garment producing, material purchasing, selling channel,enterprises management will affect the ways of manufacture and management modeland is an important key tech for garment industry development. Products distributionand logistics management are the most important parts of it.This thesis is about the application of Logistics management in clothing industry.The platform of the system is SQL Server. The main contents include: the basic demandanalysis and enterprise business processes, the system structure, key technology, thetechnical route and solution design, and supporting platform design in application ofenterprise network, communications, software platform; and the organizational structure,modules classification, function distribution, interface design, operation design,database design, data structure design and realization in system software. This systemis proposed and designed based on technical literature of data warehouse system,Multi-Agent Systems （MAS）, data mining, computer network technology, andtechnical literature of distribution management, also include inventory management,production management, customer relationship management (CRM) manufacturinginformatization engineering technical documents, along with software engineeringrelated technical standard and national standards, besides BUSEN apparel product’slogistics distribution system project requirement analysis report, project feasibility studyreport.At current, this system has been playing great and good function in the business ofthe company, and can fulfill most of needs of the informationization of this company. The market sales keep growing and the rate of market response are fast. The productionefficiency has been proved, the quantity of surface materials and mature product alsogrow, and the work efficiency has been greatly enhanced. Besides, preset port and theopen system are pre-designed for the extra development of the future system’s demands.
