With the rapid development of world’s economy, global economic activity isgrowing fast. The need of security and convenience in economic activities is increasingurgently. At the same time, the rapid development of Internet technology changes theway of daily life. Commercial economic activities are gradually combined with Internettechnology, resulting in e-commerce in economic activity. The E-commerce is playingan increasingly important role.The typical model of e-commerce is the B2C e-commerce model. B2C e-businessmodel is a consumer-oriented, which provides an platform for the common customers toonline shopping. Into2011, a large number of B2C e-commerce business market areerupting, like: Jingdong Mall, Amazon and so on.In this thesis, our research focus on the basic characteristics of B2C e-commerce,key processes of B2C e-commerce model and the relevant technical points in B2Ce-commerce model.J2EE technology includes Java Beans technology, EJB technology, server-sidecomponent architecture, data encryption/decryption, digital signature, digital certificatetechnologies and distributed multi-object technology. J2EE technology-basedapplications have characters with high efficiency, good component reusability andcross-platform. J2EE platform can effectively reduce time and cost of the e-commercesoftware development.In this thesis, we mainly discuss structural design and concrete implementation ofthe e-commerce system based on J2EE architecture. In this thesis, we introduce thebackground of e-commerce systems, and an overview of J2EE technology. Afterintroduction of basic background of the project, we begin analysis the specific needs ofan e-commerce system. Then, we design and implement the system.
