The CERN Large Hadron Collider has been set underneath in a tunnel at about108meters deep and27kilometers round.when the collider run,lots of powerful proton collide at the speed of99%of velocity of light,it could make a high temp-reture.Collide could simulate the big bang state, and make significance to research the universe sources and human beings.ATLAS is one of the four detector device of the LHC.The ATLAS Pixel Detector is one of the components of the ATLAS Inner Tracking.It is a semiconductor-based detector proposedfor the tracking in the innerm-ost part of the ATLAS detector, a multi purpose experiment on the LHC collider being built at CERN. The aim of the on-detector readout electronics of the Pixel Detector is to extract the signal produced by the ionizing particles through the silicon sensor. The LHC, ATLAS, Pixel Detector and physics environments impose strict constraints on the readout electronics design and performances.At present, The ATLAS Pixel Detector are going to update all the Pixel Detector. Chinese Academy of Sciencer and ShanDong University Physics Academy want to join the4th update of the Pixel Detector, so we should make a Pixel Detector device in order to have the qualify to join the programme. The contents of my design is the electornics of the Pixel Detector.It provides a hardware plantform to tests the performance of the sensors which are fixed in the Pixel Detector.This thesis research and development the architecture of the high precision pixel detector.And implement it in way of individual device and FPGA work together.And at last make tests of the design.The design may obtain the the path of the ion which the sensors collect through processing the sensors outpout data. It has realized the Pixel Detector’s function request of the collider, and provides a hardware plantform to tests the performance of the sensors which are fixed in the Pixel Detector.lt makes a grate value and a sign-ificance effect in joining the update of the Pixel Detector of the ATLAS energetic particle collider plan.
