Biosensor analysis is a sophisticated device, which combines a biological or biologicallyderived chemical sensitive element and a transducer, capable of producing intermittent orcontinuous digital signals, signal intensity is proportional to the analyst. Biosensors with highselectivity, fast, simple and cheap equipment and other characteristics, can be online and invivo analysis, so as to environmental monitoring, food and pharmaceutical industry,bio-medicine and military medicine has brought new technological revolution. At present,bio-sensor technology is the key to efficient and stable biological component fixed in thematrix above. The thesis of biological materials through the development of new fixationmethods to improve biological activity of enzyme to extend the sensor life, in practicalapplication of the analysis of the purpose, structure with good performance made a series ofenzyme biosensors. This thesis was including:1.It was electro polymerized neutral red on the glassy carbon electrode surface, and absorbednegatively charged interface. It was fixed by electrostatic adsorption of horseradishperoxides, neutral red made from fixed-poly horseradish peroxides biosensor. Under theoptimal experimental conditions, the sensor in the3.47×10-8mol/L3.47×10-3mol/L ofH2O2solution, a good linear correlation with the detection limit was6.36×10-9mol/Land applied to test H2O2content in beer with the recovery of88.5%98.6%.2. Prepared by sol-gel process was nano-TiO2, It was electro polymerized of polyanilinemodified membranes in the glassy carbon electrode by cyclic voltammetry uniformsurface layer, the use of nanoparticles adsorption capacity and the strong electrostaticinteractions, the negatively charged nano-TiO2Film coated on the surface of polyanilinemodified, and finally horseradish peroxides method with a fixed electrostatic adsorption tothe modified electrode surface, a system of new immobilized horseradish peroxidesbiosensor. Under the optimized experimental conditions, It was measured theconcentration of H2O2in3.65×10-7mol/L3.65×10-4mol/L range with a linearrelationship between the reduction peak current detection limit of3.65×10-8mol/L.Itwas research the electric catalytic reduction of NaNO2and applied to the determination ofnitrite in ham with the recovery of94.0%103.0%.3. Neutral red was poly-modified on glassy carbon electrode. Through the nano-manganesedioxide immobilized on chits membrane horseradish peroxides enzyme biosensor wasprepared and its electrochemical properties studied. It was measured the concentration ofH2O2in3.5×10-8mol/L3.5×10-4mol/L range with a linear relationship betweenthe reduction peak current detection limit of3.5×10-9mol/L.It was research the electric catalytic reduction of NaNO2and used the clock current central to determination of nitritein water with the recovery of91.5%101%.
