Research Of Cloud Computing Resource Management Mechanism

With the development of grid computing, distributed computing, parallel computing, utility computing, network storage, virtualization, and load balance technology, cloud computing arises at the historic moment. Cloud computing divided the computing job into the multitudinous subtasks. We distribute these subtasks to a large number of distributed computer to execute them by the network. The cluster nodes of cloud computing have some restrictions, it prompted that the cluster can extend at any time in fact. At present, the function and service of cloud computing are increasing. Involving infrastructure, operating platform and software services are also deepen to data service level. In many respects, cloud computing provide the quality pay-as-you-go service for the enterprises and individuals.Ant colony algorithm is a swarm intelligence algorithm, it is found that the process from ants foraging, and it is used to solve the problem about combinatorial optimization and concurrency control. The ant adopts the decentralized management, communicating information through pheromone to get mutual cooperation. In the cooperation process, the algorithm exists the auto catalytic mechanism and the solution recessive assessment. The ant produce positive feedback about the surrounding environment by auto catalytic mechanism, routing by the solution recessive assessment. Ant colony algorithm has stronger robustness and has low initialization conditions demand, applying to resource allocation and resources scheduling in complicated cloud computing environment.This paper focuses on theory and technology of cloud computing resource management, base on the theoretical studies of cloud computing technology, describing the design goals system architecture model, database design, and storage management of the research phase of cloud computing management, researching on the cloud computing resource management. In this paper, the network topology, task scheduling model are described, and the ant colony algorithm to solve the computing nodes in the resource management allocation problem, realizing the ant colony algorithm.
