With the development in the past decade, China’s Duty Administration Department hasalready succeeded in informationalizing every aspect of duty service. As a financially grandprovince, Guangdong has been placed at the top of the China’s Annual Tax Revenue for years.Bearing the purpose of deepening the administration of taxation process, Local Tax Bureau ofGuangdong Province carried out an Analysis System of Taxation based on the existingin-house system. Aiming at searching, collecting and analyzing the in-house data, this newlyanalyzing system has provided necessary statistical support for the analysis of the relationbetween taxation and economy along with connection of taxation and its collecting, which iscritical for the following macro-decision of our government.In spite of all the advantages of the system, unwanted questions are posed after fouryears’ running. The current Taxation Analysis System merely focuses on the data base of localtaxation collecting service, overlooking national tax-gathering, industrial and businessstatistics, social insurance data and figures of manufacturer’s index; however, in fact thesenumbers are not less important for our taxation officers. Apparently, establishing a more fullygrounded and opener data base is a necessary action to meet the requirement of normal taxingdemand. Besides, the existing taxation analysis system can only satisfy the simpleacquirement and calculation, but not efficiently enough to achieve the further goals, such asforecasting, monitoring and selecting data. Furthermore, due to the imperfection of dataanalysis system and the limitation its operators on administrating and computing, setting upan intelligent analysis system has become most urgent task for all the data base users, with thehope to simplify and graphically the complex and enormous data base.Therefore, adapting the technology of data warehouse as well as combining the maturebusiness intelligent technology, a data intelligent analysis system specialized on taxing iscreated in order to fulfill the tasks of elaborating administration of taxation. This dissertationmakes a comparison among the popular business intelligence software on the market,considering on the demand of grassroots-level taxing service as well, and puts forward thatusing BQ business intelligence software of Yonyou Company is helpful to achieve the goal.We can also alleviate the strain of collecting and administrating taxes and improve theefficiency of selecting by using BQ business intelligence standard platform. At the same time,we can also ensure the accuracy and purity of the entering data. After obtaining precise andsuitable data sources, we can complete the construction of an intelligent data analysis systemwhich specially serves for taxation by introducing BQ personalized development platform.
