Twitter’s breaking out is completely unexpected to its contriver. Its success hasmade a series of correlative internet words popular. As a new meida after blog, Twittergoes popular around the world and so does in China. It arouses attention in theacademia. The following phenomena and problems not only have acadamic meaningbut also the social one. Behind the latent high business value which is under itsimmense broadcasting value, Twitter has so much hidden fraudulent negtive value. Weneed to pay attention to it and understand its value rightly, and know its real value.This thesis expatiates twitter’s correlative concepts, pointing out the Twitter’s valueit mentioned as its real value modality--without fraudulent negtive value and that’s thereal Twitter’s value. Based on Twitter’s basic character, the thesis shows its effects andconcluds the positive and negtive effects it brings. Then it puts forward the measures ofweakening the negtive effects and strengthening the positive. Twitter has the strongbusiness value and it aims at achieving real value. It may help with the researches ofTwitter’s value.
