In recent years,the rapid development of application areas such as animation, video games and computer-aided geometric design,put forward higher requirments to the image triangle mesh deformation method.It is hoped that with a simple,direct interaction of man-machine interface,intuitive mesh deformation effect is fast obtained.Traditional skeleton deformation,free-form deformation(FFD)and muli-resolution editing method are far from being able to meet the speed requirment of real-time interactive deformation.The technique of non-precision grid deformation based on least squares form emerges in the past few years.It uses some characteristic or the constrained functions to describe the geometric characteristics of the grid.Then,according to the form of least squares, it obtains the optimal value of the characteristic functions to get a smooth large-scale deformation effect.Employing iterative or nonlinear ways also could also implement complex deformation effects like real-time translation interaction and so on,but very slowly.Interactive operations require the grid deformation algorithm to have faster solving speed,So,we need to make the bset use of linear characteristic functions to construct least squares equation.The triangular mesh deformation system described in the paper implements deformation just based on that notion. The deformation system could be widely used in various fields,such as virtual reality、computer animation、 medical image processing and video entertainment.etc.Firstly.the paper introduces the background and significance of the research and gives a brief overview of the triangular mesh morphing technology. Next,the thesis discusses the deformation processing methods used in the triangular mesh deformation in detail,including,the division of triangular mesh、contour extraction algorithm of mesh deformation.Later.based on the analysis and research of the methods described above,we develop a2-Dimension image warping system, implementing the2-Dimension shape deformation operations of stretch、zoom-in、cross and zoom-out respectively.Meantime, we provide a flow chart of the system.
