Underground trackless equipment is the important symbol of a country’sindustrialization degree, as represents of the underground trackless equipments, whichplays an indispensable role n the engineering work. At presents, compared to theforeign countries, our country’s scrapers design standard, especially electric scrapersdesign level, has a great gap of them. Among them, the traditional design method ofthe driveline mainly by experience, which is not easy to get a satisfied designproposal, the lower design efficiency and the more dependence of the sample, so it isdifficult to innovation. Will the computer simulation method introducing scrapersdesign process can effectively increase the driveline matching. In this paper, we takethe power performance and the economic performance as the core goal, using linearweighted method, fuzzy optimization algorithm to research the matching problem ofdriveline and discuss the optimization results before and after optimization.According to the power performance and the economic performance of a certaintype of electric scrapers, accomplished the following jobs: first of all, traditionalengineering vehicles driveline design mainly depended on experiences or single targetas driveline matching evaluation standard both of them are defects, then summarizesthe traditional vehicle power, economy evaluation target, combined with the actualoperating conditions and electric scrapers requirements, provided the electric scraperspower, economy comprehensive evaluation target. Secondly, according to therequirements of the design and performance, established the mathematical models ofthe scrapers driveline components, analyzed each child component rule andparameters requirements. Above on, built matching target function and constraints ofthe driveline.Then introduced MATLAB genetic algorithm to the objective functionfor automatic optimization process. Finally, so based on MATLAB developmentplatform, choose ADVISOR software as development tool to the secondarydevelopment, develop suitable platform for electric-four-wheel drive scrapers. Later,simulate a certain type of electric scraper and analyzed simulation results andexperimental results. Demonstrate the correctness and practical of the softwaredevelopment, which provided the reference for driveline designed of electric scrapers.This article researched matching evaluation of driveline of electric scrapers, established the driveline matching model and expanded the computer simulation ofthe actual application, provided reference basis for driveline design, improved theproduct development efficiency.
