Crack technology is a new method of separating materials. It makes flawsintentionally on the object to be separated. By applying appropriate load, the objectcould be separated quickly and with low energy consumption. This paper is based onthe crack technology application research. The primary task of design on low stressbrittle fracture is sensitive to the stress state, making the material easy to brittlefracture. This article through to the brittle materials under different loads is destroyedwhen the fracture analysis and comparison, finding out the reasonable brittle barpreload method. Make beittle bar at low stress brittle fracture sensitive statemethod-axial tension method.Then begin the brittle material snapping. Materials, based on the stressblanking thought, according to the rod breaking-off mechanical model, drawinglessons from the matrix crack fracture theory, the use of force closure clamping barmethod, design of brittle material snapping machine structure. This paper is mainlyfor pre-load mechanism design, and then select the reasonable feeding and cuttingmechanism. Then, according to the processing bar size range, part of the strengthdesign, especially the key components, to avoid failure of parts brought the loss ofstress bar accuracy. Ultimately, the strength to meet the requirements of parts, thedevelopment of the size of parts. Then use of Pro/E software, establishing brittlematerial loading mechanism geomentric model. Finally, in ADAMS engineeringsoftware based on the established geometric model for brittle materials, analysis themain components of Preloading Mechanism. Validate the brittle material loadingmechanism structure design. Finally, the finite element software ANSYS are used to dostatic analysis and modal analysis, which verifies the basic shaft stiffness and providetechnical parameters to the choice of speed.Through this topic research, the application of crack technical theory is enriched inthe paper,meanwhile, demonstration of virtual prototyping technology in the projectfeasibility and necessity, as the physical prototype manufacture provides a theoreticalbasis.
