The Design And Implementation Of Government Office Automation Management Systems Based On B/S Model

As the main application of information superhighway, the electronic government affairs have been widely used in our country and receive more attention of the world. In the development process of office automation of our country, it has made many achievements, but also exposed a lot of problems, such as large investment, obscure effect, the low level, repeating construction, too much hardware investment, little software investment and so on. In this thesis, design and implement a government office automation management system based on B/S model according to the actual work of Guta District Bureau of immigration of Jinzhou City. It mainly includes the following contents:(1) Implement the personal office management function, including the information management, schedule management, e-mails management and personal settings management. Design the information exchange function, including the announcement management and BBS management. Implement the collaborative office management functions, including the dispatch and receipt management, meeting management and so on. Design the comprehensive management function, including basic data management and so on.(2) Make the system testing to the office automation management system. Design the test case; use a unit test method to test the module and analysis the system function and performance.In this thesis, use the JSP dynamic webpage technology to design the system, and implement the system function based on the MVC model. Use SQLServer2005database to store the data, and connect the database using JDBC technology. The system test result indicates that, the system designed in thesis has reached the expected target and meet the needs of users.
