Analysis And Design Of The Export Tax Rebate Audit Management System

In recent years, with the export business growth, enterprise in this field and the export type are on the rise, which makes the business tax refund due in domestic consumption, export rebates business becomes increasingly complicated. Therefore, the State Administration of Taxation decided to take the export tax rebate audit system as a part of the Golden Tax project III.This article describes the export tax rebate management system requirements analysis, system design and implementation, system testing. In this work, some system functions are designed, such as identified management, artificial preliminary examination and audit of the analysis and design. Identified management provides enterprises with electronic or paper materials containing enterprise information, and information to these changes, cancellation of the operation, but more importantly it can get enterprise tax information; Manual examination of the main tasks is to examine enterprise subsystems get tax information, the adoption of this information into machine audit system.The subject of export tax rebate system is a network application system. So, the whole architecture selects the popular B/S three-tier architecture using J2EE framework based on Struts. The qualification, change of registration and cancellation of registration are designed. At the same time, the import feature of the tax registration information is designed too. Artificial first instance activity diagram, sequence diagram and entity relationship in accordance with the tax refund specification requirements is introduced in this system. On this basis, detailed design about the computer audit function is developed. After the completion of the subject of the design of the core functions, interface of the website is constructed. XML data analysis for the rebate system is completed combined with the design of the classes and methods.Finally, the systematic test for modules included in this subject is carried out. Overall, this system was completed with a good performance, reached the initial demand envisaged and achieved the requirements of the user. Each task is well done.
