Research And Implementation Of Huang Shi TD E-Government

This paper describes the research of TD-SCDMA based e-government program which was carried by ChinaMobile in Huangshi, Hubei province. It also elaborates the deployment of such program. As for government departments, E-government is a good way to improve service efficiency, optimize service quality and enlarge information sharing. Along with our central government is paying more and more attention to informatization, governments at all levels in order to meet their government functions transformation needs are dedicated to construct their own e-government.The thesis describes the general development situation of E-Government,studies and analyzes the theory and implementation technique,designs the E-Government system architecture based on TD-SCDMA, analyzes the advantages and feasibility of E-Government basedon TD-SCDMA; Based on Needs analysis of the Huang Shi wireless, mine environmental monitoring, police etc., proposes an administration project’s examination and approval system, this dissertation gives a description and analysis of the system’s function requirements、architecture、business models and workflo-W models, applying TD-SCDMA into E-Government in practice, enhances the flexibility of the deployed system, avoids the trouble of re-building system or making bigchanges caused by business change, and response to the business change rapidly.With dates’collection and the necessary of integration of business system much bigger and bigger,TD-SCDMA will be more important.
