With the rapid development of mobile internet now it could provide more and more service to its users. At the same time mobile phone become the most convenient way to get into mobile internet. Because of the above reasons, Communications operators now build more and bigger business hall than before. Although the employee of business hall use computer to work but there is no smooth way for two business hall to exchange information, and the existing systems all working independently. The business hall management system is a ROLE-BASE Access Control System, different role has different permissions in this system. The business hall management system is divided into two subsystems: daily information management and operational information management.The daily information management includes personnel information management, business hall’s information management, agent’s information management and so on.The operational information management includes management of training and examination, scheduling management and so on.Each business hall could use business hall management system to exchange information which it needs conveniently and this system could calculate every business hall’s business efficiency in a short time. So it is easier for higher-level administrator to make different marketing strategy for different business hall.
