Based on Lyapunov theory and LMI approach, non-fragile robust control for a class of delta-operator uncertain time-delay system is studied. A condition for the existence of non--fragile robust controller is presented, the design method of such controller is proposed, and the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable and meets some certain performance indicators.The content of this paper mainly consists of two parts.In the first part, the condition for the existence and the design method of non-fragile robust guaranteed cost controller are studied, for a class of uncertain delta operator systems with time-delay only in state and in state and control.In the second part, the delay-independent and delay-dependent conditions for the existence and the design methods of non-fragile robust H∞controller are studied, for a class of uncertain delta operator system with time-delay in state and control.
