With the development of the society, many emerging concepts, such as the Internet of things and the wisdom city, put forward new requirements to the control system. In recent decades, the trend of the control system which is complicated is more and more obvious. Now on the basis of the stability, we also require the system’s some performance indicators meet our expectation at the same times, that is the multi-objective problems of the control system. These problems are close to our real life, it has considerable value in the theoretical research and practical application.This paper mainly studies the guaranteed cost control and H∞ filtering for the Delta operator time-delay systems with parameter uncertainty. By using Lyapunov stability theory, linear matrix inequality (LMI) and other related knowledge, we seek to design appropriate controller or filter, on the basis of stability, we ensure the Delta operator time-delay systems should meet some performance indicators.The main research content in this article are as follows:(1) For the Delta operator time-delay systems with the norm bounded uncer-tainties, on the premise that the generalized performance indicators on the multiple output constraints get constraint, we study the existence condition of the static state feedback controller and the design method.(2) For the Delta operator time-delay systems with the norm bounded uncer-tainties, on the premise that the output performance indicators get constraint, we study the existence condition of the full order dynamic output feedback controller and the design method.(3) For the Delta operator time-delay systems with the norm bounded uncer-tainties, the error dynamic system meet the D-stability and the H∞ performance indicators get constraint, on the premise of we mentioned above, we study the filter existence condition and design method.Finally, we use the numerical examples to verify the feasibility of the methods.
