"Animation" has exerted its full capacity in the games industrythoroughly. However, in the process of "teaching" and "learning", it iscommon to see rigid educational animated games developed by the use ofwebpage languages such as PHP, ASP, JSP,. Net, JavaScript, VbScirpt.Whereas, educational web games quickly becomes homogeneity becauseof its lower technical threshold into, combined with the game boring story,rough scene design, stiff character animation, so the learner can not reallyinto the process of "teaching" and "learning".RIA (Rich Internet Application, Rich Internet Application)technologies such as Flex, Silver Light, Java FX and other innovative,which SNS (Social Networking Services, social networking service)、"Moore Park"、"Obi Island、" and other community web games in thecompetition were applied, while "learning music bar" and othereducational web games came into being.This article based on the current status and requirements of learningand development, with network information platform, use animation tocreate attractive teaching situation, which is constructed by Flextechnology, this multi-learning platform developed by MVC framework,and the writer do Flex technology in-depth analysis, this platform usedFlex as a presentation layer; use.net technology to develop data layer andpresentation layer, and MySQL as database, through Asp.net Flexcommunication, and the Flex focuses on the realization of the perfectinteraction with the Asp.net; use Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe IllustratorCS5, Adobe Dreamwaver CS4.0to complete the animation and gamescene design, character design, props design and web design platform;using Adobe Flash CS3.0Design based animation, and useActionScript3.0to implement the game logic. the entire games withfourth-grade math curriculum closely, to truly achieve a "play school" and"learning and play."This paper used those Research methods: literature study, access torelevant professional books, journals, magazines, collecting relevant literature, while the network research; analysis on this basis, collate, studytheoretical results related to Flex technology. Case analysis to study theexisting RIA projects at home and abroad, from the function, structure,technology and comprehensive analysis of its investigation, found theadvantages and disadvantages, and give the reference of learningplatform development, through the system to run tests, get feedback, makechanges to improve.In summary, the virtual learning platform based on Flex using thelatest Internet technology development, and brings about a new learningexperience. Flex can not only provide a better user experience, andcross-platform, cross-browser, do not consider compatibility issues,through the1-year research, development and testing, and ultimately toprovide students with a sufficiently flexible, loosely coupled, scalable, andeffective learning platform.
