The University Student Work Management System Based On Asp.net In The Research And Implementation

Along with the vigorous development of education in our country and a higherproportion of students entering universities, universities, colleges and institutes havebeen expanding increasingly, which sets a higher demand for the efficiency andstandardization in student management.Regarding our college’s current situation, the informationization of studentmanagement is far left behind other departments due to its complexity and variability.Especially in recent years, enrollment in our college continues to expand and studentmanagement will run into such problems as unsmooth and non-real-time informationexchange and communication if carried out in the original way. There is still a long wayto go to meet the requirements of a quick and efficient informationization constructionof student management. In view of the above factors, with the use of computer systemsand experienced professional project development team and strictly guided by actualdemands, it is particularly urgent and important to develop and construct anenterprise-level information management software and to build a clear, efficient andaccurate information management model of college student managementIn this paper, the author attempts to design and develop a student informationmanagement system based on the mixed structure of C/S and B/S after analyzing thespecific needs of student information management in our college. On this basis, thepaper makes a detailed analysis of the status and the needs of student informationmanagement, describes the functional requirements of student management informationsystem, and designs the overall system framework. The system consists of the followingsix modules: daily management, student assessment and evaluation,thought-and-politics team management, dormitory management, special care neededstudent management, system configuration. The System takes into account thecharacteristics of user roles, security and other factors so as to ultimately realize thefunctions of the student management information system based on the C/S and B/Shybrid framework. The system provides student management staff with efficientinformation servicen. For instance, after logging in, the teacher can easily track any student information he needs about students with difficulties or about student leadersetc., check students’ scores and achievements, reviews, accommodation, rewards andpunishments, funding status, family status, etc., In the meanwhile, the system suppliesstudents with information about themselves being an efficient management platform.
