This paper combining with the campus network project construction practice ofYong Kang vocational technical school, this topic analyzed the campus networkconstruction method, technology and process in detail using systematization andengineering thinking, and introduced the work of designing and implementing thecampus network information management platform for teachers and students, whichproviding all kinds of the characteristic services for students’ learning, teachingmanagement, the experiment management, educational administration management. The core of the network construction technique is based on the layer3switching andvirtual local area network principle, and logical topology of the whole network isdivided into core layer, convergence layer and the access layer, with its functionmodules including the VLAN, exchange, routing and network products, whicheffectively resolve the access network bottlenecks, the broadcast storm, internal networksecurity. used the B/S system structure, designed and implemented the campus networkinformation management system according to the demand, The main work includes:Firstly, campus network environment (software and hardware) planning andconstruction.Secondly, Applying UML for system feasibility analysis and needs analysis, andeach module’s functional requirements analysis and concrete design.Thirdly, Analysis the technology of the presentation layer, business logic layer anddata service layer in multilayer structure, solved the key technical problem in usingasp.net technology and develop the school management information system.Fourthly, Test the hardware and software environment. Finally, according to the system test data, locate the problems of the campusnetwork system, process and resolve, improved the system’s availability, stability andsecurity.
