Nowadays, everyone can freely published and sold through the Internet haveimage data, which means that at any time in any place, and can provide the dataowner to reduce transaction costs, but to do so would generate the data exchangesecurity problem, because the transaction process if no protective measures, on the itmay be used by criminals, the data owner loss.As of twenty-first Century, the popularity of the Internet and the rapiddevelopment of computer technology, in order to improve the image transmission ofthe safety and security of commercial information exchange, how to realize the imageencryption function becomes a significant research subject. Since the90’s of lastcentury, the image information in the commercial aspects of the use of more and morewidely, but some important image information, such as belonging to government orcommercial confidential information, must pass relevant safety information processingto ensure no leakage, therefore the use of computer science and the development ofencryption technology becomes very important, there are many research scholars topositive attitude to participate to this field, they believe that this new field has a brightfuture.In this paper a color image encryption method based on chaotic cryptographymethod,it has the uncertainty,randomness,initial conditions and system parameterson the extreme sensitivity and chaotic dynamics system to construct the block cipher orsequence, in order to achieve source encryption.System using wavelet transform encryption algorithm, encryption algorithm,Arnold FFT algorithm and iterative chaotic algorithm on color image encryption anddecryption operation, convenient process, simple. The FFT is a special kind ofintegral transform, he can make in accordance with the relevant conditions of afunction expressed as a linear combination of sine basis function or integral, FFT indifferent research areas have all kinds of different variations, such as the discreteFourier transform and Continuous Fourier transform. Wavelet analysis is a new branchof discipline, it is functional, Fourier analysis, harmonic analysis, numerical analysis of the most perfect crystalline,wavelet transform is mainly in the time domainand space domain signal into wavelet domain process, this with a Fourier-transformsimilar. But the FFT is converted to the frequency domain, the domain only frequencycomponents, and wavelet domain has not only the frequency components and thespatial or temporal components.This paper fully to the system development background of society wereinvestigated, the theory of knowledge was studied, through requirement analysis,general design, detailed design, system realization steps are introduced in detail thewhole process of system development, and completed on the system of coding andimplementation. System is mainly the use of iterative chaotic algorithm and Arnoldalgorithm for image encryption and decryption process, the system mainly includes thefile, edit, view, help, iterative algorithm, the Arnold algorithm and otherfunctions.
