Au The Municipal Science And Technology System Of Examination And Approval Of Project Application, Research And Development

This research mainly aims to examine information managing system of technologyprojects, system fulfillment of technology project reporting、appraising、counting、managing etc in technology management section.Technology project reporting is one of the primary tasks of technologymanagement section, and manual reporting was used as the main way in accomplishingthis task with relatively low efficiency. The system introduced here adopts web site ofB/S pattern to support system fulfillment of technology project reporting、appraising、counting、managing etc, and also support long-range management and operation oftechnology management sections、reporting section and appraising experts. It wouldincrease efficiency of technology project reporting and appraising, save social resourcesand cost of labor, and ensure the normalization of task flow, which would make apleasant environment for technology program reporting and appraising to be conductedin a impartial and open atmosphere.This research adopts SQL Server2000database management system to builddatabase server, the front use TOMCAT to build web and task logic server, andJSP+JavaBean is applied. The system have three advantages: firstly, with B/S pattern,users could finish reporting、appraising and managing directly without installing localprogram or plug-in. Secondly, with combination of on-line reporting and attachment,key information that decide system flow could be reported on-line, and attachmentuploading is available for long page files or files contain pictures.Thirdly,for complextask logic, separation of page representation and task logics are applied, which enhancesthe protection of the system.
