The power amplifiers is typically one of the most important block of the part of eNodeB, and the Most power-consumig part, the power amplifier’s(PA) performance is Crucial. Faced the large number of high-speed wireless mobile data requirements and the lack of spectrum resources, new non-constant envelope modelation technique Such as64QAM and OFDM,leading to wide and dynamic signals that require linear amplification. Although linear amplification is achievable, it always comes at the expense of efficiency. Therefore, the researches on how to increase the efficiency are becoming more and more important. As to LTE mobile communications, the OFDM greatly improve spectrum utilization, but the signal PAPR up to10dB,after CFR technology is still up to8dB. Obviously the traditional Doherty can not meet the demand of system. However, the asymmetrical Doherty PA is composed of two different power transistors, which can guarantee high efficiency even if the PA output power back off8dB or more, Taking into account the efficiency and linearity, which has worked the frequence of the TD-LTE communication system and become the mainstream technology in the commercial use.The superiority of asymmetrical Doherty is verified by theory in the paper, and the systerm gain and efficiency are verified by the similution. Finally, by debugging and testing the designed circuit, its efficiency curve and linearity is shown.
